- CNA - RN on call - Post op Supplies - Grade A Recovery Guide - Vital monitoring - Hemoglobin Check - Pharmacy pick up ( You drop off , we pick up in a 10 mile radius ) We coordinate access to trusted, licensed professionals who specialize in post-operative care. These services are provided by independent, licensed providers, not our concierge team.
Cancellation Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - Your deposit will secure your date and go towards your services. Remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before your Surgery date. Cancellations or Reschedule dates made 1 week or less of Surgery, will not receive any refund (Your job is to communicate with your coordinator and make sure you are well prepared to have surgery the day you are scheduled)
